Broken-out hooves recover with Goodsmith

My 11-year-old Noriker mare could no longer be shod with iron shoes because the horn material was extremely poor. Her hoof walls were so broken out that no nail would have held there. Accordingly she walked sensitively. I managed to convince Harald Blassnig to come to us.

Harald took his time and the Good-Smith were applied to all 4 hooves!

Already at the first Good-Smith glue-on there was relief for our Noriker mare. By now she has been walking with the Good-Smith since June 2023. At the last glue-on a further improvement was made and she received a laminitis plate. Because to top it all off, she also picked up laminitis in July.

Our Noriker mare walks perfectly on both hard and soft ground. Absolutely surefooted, better than with the irons. The "Klebis" hold very well and the hooves are slowly recovering! We are on a good path (after photos to follow). I am happy I got to know "both" – Harald Blassnig and Good-Smith!
