Open positions
Become part of our team and shape the future of hoof care.
Marketing
Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
You steer our campaigns data-driven across all channels — and find out where every euro moves the most. Many can scale, you make it profitable.
Business Development
Founder Associate (m/f/d)
Your role: directly with the management, across all topics. Today strategy, tomorrow operations, the day after something that doesn't even exist yet. For people who can do overview and execution at the same time.
Operations
Shop Owner (m/f/d)
You take responsibility for our online shop as if it were your own — from conversion to customer experience. You don't think in pages, but in purchase decisions.
Operations
Product Manager (m/f/d)
You hold the threads together between development, procurement and market — and make sure that good ideas become products that deliver. On the shelf and on the hoof.
R&D
Product Development (m/f/d)
You develop hoof protection that works — not on paper, but under real-world load. Material, mechanics, prototypes: here, conviction becomes product.
Customer service
Customer Sucess Manager (m/w/d)
You are the voice of our customers internally — and our face externally. You don't just solve problems, you recognise them before they arise.
Speculative application (m/f/d)
No suitable position, but you're thinking "That's where I want to go"? Then convince us. We're always looking for people who think along and pitch in — no matter what title is on the card.
Our vision.
We believe in a world where healthy, natural movement at the hoof is the professional standard – not the exception. We develop hoof protection that works with the hoof, not against it. In doing so, we think professionally, not ideologically, and measure ourselves against clear criteria rather than traditions. What drives us is depth rather than breadth – and the conviction that good hoof protection must do more than just protect.
Purpose.
We want no horse to have to choose between protection and freedom of movement. Hoof protection should provide both – so horses can move the way they naturally do.
Vision.
Healthy, natural movement at the hoof is the professional standard. Not someday. Not for the few. But everywhere people carry responsibility for horses.
Mission.
We develop hoof protection that works with the hoof – not against it. Movement-oriented, adaptable and technically sound. As a real alternative to rigid systems that limit the hoof more than they protect it.
Our values.
Thinking ahead.
We love making things better. Whether new tools, smarter processes or an idea that emerges over lunch – there's room for everything that moves us forward. Whoever questions something isn't held back, but encouraged. Because whoever stops improving starts getting bored.
Action.
Our best ideas didn't have a project plan. They had someone who said: "Let's test it." With us, what counts isn't how long you think about something, but whether you have the courage to try it. And if it works, we give the whole thing the structure it deserves. Proof first, then process.
Be authentic.
No bullshit. Not on the outside, not on the inside. If something doesn't fit, we say so - better once uncomfortable than three times around it. We stand by what we can do, and equally by what we can't yet. Because trust isn't built on good news, but on honest
Ownership.
We don't wait for instructions. If you see a problem, it's yours — and the solution along with it. Here, everyone has the freedom and the responsibility to really move things. Not someday. Now.
On equal terms.
With us, titles belong in the signature, not in the way. Anyone with a good idea doesn't need approval to voice it – and no senior level for it to be heard. We argue hard on the issue and fair in tone. Because we know: the best decisions don't emerge at the top, but right in the middle.
Anything missing?
Five values. Not a manifesto, not a final state. But what we measure ourselves by today. What's added tomorrow depends on you too. If you bring an attitude and want to help shape things — then let's talk.
