Registering for Workshops & Courses

Step 1: Choose a workshop

1. Go to our workshop overview page in our online shop and find the workshop that interests you (e.g. topic, location, date).
2. Click on the date you want to go to the detail page in the online shop.
3. Take your time to check:

• participation requirements (e.g. prior knowledge)
• content & goals of the workshop
• location and date

If everything fits, you can continue with the booking.

Step 2: Add the workshop to your cart & enter your details

1. Select the appropriate workshop on the product page
2. Click “Add to cart”.
3. Then go to the cart and start the checkout.
4. In the checkout, fill in the required details, for example:

• Name and contact details
• Billing address / billing details

Registration therefore works just like a normal online purchase of a product – except that the “product” is your workshop spot.

Step 3: Order confirmation & workshop confirmation

1. Once your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email from the online shop.
2. After you've booked the workshop, we'll also share all the important information with you:

• payment information
• exact address / directions
• rough schedule for the day
• notes on documents or equipment to bring

1. Your registration is binding as soon as:

• your order in the shop has been successfully completed and
• we have confirmed your participation by email (and, depending on the payment method, payment has been received).

Frequently asked questions about registration

• Can I book several workshops at the same time?
  Yes, you can add several workshop products to your cart and pay for them together. For example, if you want to attend both the hoof boot and glue-on horseshoe workshops.
• What happens if a workshop is fully booked?
  If a date is fully booked, it can either no longer be added to the cart in the shop or is shown as “Sold out”/“Not available”. In this case, please choose another date.
• Where can I find all workshop dates?
  All currently bookable dates can be found on our workshop overview page.
