Can I Cancel a Booked Workshop?

Yes, you can cancel your booked workshop. Cancellations are always handled through our customer service, so we can clearly identify and correctly process your request.

Our cancellation terms:

• Up to 14 days before the seminar date
  Refund of 100% of the workshop fee.
• Up to 7 days before the seminar date
  Refund of 50% of the workshop fee.
• Less than 7 days before the seminar date
  Unfortunately, no refund is possible anymore.

Please have the following information ready when requesting a cancellation, so we can help you quickly:

• Full name
• Date and location of the workshop
• Order or booking number (if available)
• Email address you used to book
