Correct Billing Address

When can the billing address be changed?

• Before the invoice is issued:

  • The address can usually be updated easily.

• After the invoice is issued:

  • Subsequent changes are legally limited.
  • Minor corrections (typos) are often possible,
  • for larger changes (e.g. a different company), a cancellation and new invoice may need to be issued.

How to request a correction

1. Have your order or invoice number ready

   • You'll find it on your order confirmation/invoice.

2. Contact support

   • Get in touch via our contact form.

3. Provide the complete new details

   • full name / company name
   • street, house number
   • address addition, if applicable
   • postal code, city, country
   • VAT ID, if applicable

We will then check whether a correction is possible and send you the updated invoice by email, or let you know how we'll proceed.

Important

• Please contact us as soon as possible after the order, so we can process the change quickly.
• For legal reasons, it may sometimes be necessary to cancel the original invoice and issue a new one. In this case, we will inform you in detail.
