Register a Return

1. Check whether a return is possible

Please note our basic conditions for returns:

• Return period: 30 days after receiving the goods
• The item is unused and undamaged, including original packaging (unless it's a complaint about a defect/damage)

2. Register your return via our form

Here's how to register your return:

1. Open our returns portal and follow the instructions.
2. After registering the return through our portal, you'll receive your return label.

3. Prepare & ship the package

• Pack the items carefully so they aren't damaged in transit.
• If possible, include the delivery note or a copy of the order confirmation.
• Take the package with the return label to the specified drop-off point.

Keep the tracking information / receipt until the return is fully completed.

4. Refund or credit

Once your return has reached us and been checked:

• we will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method used,
• or issue you a credit, if agreed.

The refund will be issued no later than 7 days after we receive the return.
