Updated on 10/13/2026
In short
For personal advice, open our contact form and describe the use, special features of the hoof, your current solution and your goals as precisely as possible. Photos from the front, the side, the back and, if applicable, from below in which the hoof and product are clearly visible are helpful.

We'll advise you personally, for example if you
- aren't sure before buying which product or variant suits your needs,
- are looking for a product recommendation for a problem or goal,
- want to know whether a product fits correctly and how to use it properly,
- want to combine a Goodsmith product with other equipment,
- have another question about our products, for example about materials, care, durability or a special use.
Our Goodsmith glue-on horseshoes and hoof boots combine well with other products, such as studs, spikes, snow grip, insoles or pads.
Which details help us
- Use: What do you want to use the product for (e.g. rehab, everyday riding, sport)? What are the ground conditions and how often will it be used?
- Hoof: Are there any special features (e.g. club foot, rehab case, very flat or very steep hooves)?
- Current solution: Which products or which shoeing do you currently use, and what do you like or dislike about them?
- With an existing Goodsmith product: Where does it press? Where is it too loose? Does anything slip?
- Goals: e.g. more comfort, better protection, less care effort; if relevant, also your price range
- For a combination: the planned product (name, variant) and your existing equipment (brand, model, size), if applicable technical data such as dimensions, prints or labels
Which photos help us
- photos from different angles: from the front, from the side, from behind and, if possible, from below (sole/base plate)
- hoof and product should be clearly visible; a short video is just as helpful
- for a combination: photos or screenshots of your current equipment
How to proceed
- Open our contact form.
- Describe your request in as much detail as possible.
- Upload meaningful photos or a short video.
What happens next
We'll review your details and get back to you with concrete tips on fitting or application or with concrete product suggestions, explaining the differences. For a combination, we'll tell you whether the products can be used together without problems. If necessary, we'll suggest alternative products or sizes that better suit your horse and intended use.
Thank you for your feedback.
