Change Delivery Address

Can I still change the address after placing the order?

• As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we can often still adjust the delivery address.
• Once the package has been shipped, a change is usually only possible directly through the shipping provider, or not possible at all.

How to change the delivery address before shipping

1. Have your order number ready.
2. Contact our support team as soon as possible via our contact form.
3. Provide us with the new complete delivery address:

(Company)
First and last name
Street, house number
(Address addition)
Postal code, city
Country (if different)

We will then check whether the order has not yet been shipped and adjust the address accordingly, or get back to you with alternatives.

After shipping

If the package is already on its way, we can no longer technically stop or redirect the shipping process. In this case, the following procedure applies:

1. Wait for the delivery attempt: Due to the incorrect address, the package will likely be returned to us as "undeliverable."
2. Wait for the return: We have to wait until the package has physically arrived back at our warehouse.
3. Refund: Only after receiving and checking the returned package will we refund the purchase amount, minus shipping costs.
4. New order: Since we cannot make a direct exchange or manual redirection, we recommend that you place a new order immediately with the correct address. This way you'll receive your goods as quickly as possible, without having to wait for the first package to be returned.

Why do we do it this way? To avoid errors and keep our inventory accurate, placing a new order is the safest and fastest way for you.

• In individual cases, additional costs may arise if the shipping provider charges fees for redirections.
