Voucher Code Doesn't Work

1. Check spelling & the code

• Pay attention to upper/lower case only if it's relevant in the shop.
• Check whether you entered the code completely (no extra spaces copied).

2. Validity period

• Many codes are only valid for a certain period (e.g. promotional days).
• Check whether the code has not yet expired or perhaps hasn't started yet.

3. Minimum order value & product selection

• Some codes only apply above a certain minimum order value.
• Some do not apply to all products (e.g. discounted/bundle items, certain categories, shipping costs).

4. Number of redemptions

• Some vouchers can only be used once per customer.
• Others have a limited total number (once used up, they can no longer be redeemed).

5. When you should contact our support

If you've checked all the points and the code still doesn't work:

1. Take a screenshot of the cart + entered code.
2. Note where you got the code from (newsletter, card, promotion, etc.).
3. Contact us via our contact form.

We will then check whether the code is still valid and whether it can be applied manually if needed.
