Discount Conditions

Validity period

• Every code has a start and end date.
• Once the promotional period has ended, the code can no longer be used.

Minimum order value

• Some promotions only apply above a certain order value (e.g. €50 order value).
• Shipping costs usually do not count toward the minimum order value.

Scope of application

• A code can apply to the entire range or only to certain products/categories.
• The respective promotion/communication describes exactly what is included or excluded.

Combinability

• As a rule, discount codes cannot be combined with each other (one code per order).
• Codes usually cannot be combined with other promotions (e.g. sale prices), unless we explicitly state otherwise.

Redemption per person

• Most codes can be redeemed once per customer, unless stated otherwise.
• Sharing or selling personal codes is not permitted.
